1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, control panel, hosting, VPS, domain and related services (“Services”) provided by Host4You, operated by [legal entity name], VÖEN [tax ID], registered in the Republic of Azerbaijan (“we”, “us”). By ordering or using the Services you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Billing & renewals
- Services are billed in advance on the cycle you choose at checkout (monthly or annually), in Azerbaijani manat (AZN).
- Invoices are generated before each renewal date and are payable by the due date shown.
- Renewal extends your service by one billing cycle from its current expiry date.
- Prices may change; we will give notice before a change applies to your next renewal.
4. Refunds
New hosting and VPS orders may be refunded in full within [7] days of the first payment if you are not satisfied. Domain registrations, renewals and setup fees are non-refundable once processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services for anything unlawful or harmful, including spam, malware distribution, phishing, intellectual-property infringement, or activity that disrupts our network or other customers. We may investigate suspected violations and act to protect the platform.
6. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate a service for non-payment past its due date, or for a breach of these Terms. Where practical we give notice first. On termination, data associated with the service may be deleted; keep your own backups.
7. Availability
We aim for 99.9% network uptime. Scheduled maintenance, events outside our reasonable control, and customer-caused issues are excluded from availability calculations.
8. Limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the month before the claim. We are not liable for lost data, profits or indirect damages.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new “last updated” date; continued use after a change means you accept it.
